alrighty, my question is this:

in global navigator, we have a number of terminal options with our ACD system. each login shows a different set of splits for the different call sections, some are global (all splits seen) and some are specific (only certain splits for certain managers). we recently added a couple of splits, and i need to add those to the specific terminal logins. they are already in the global listing, but i can't figure out how to add them to specific splits.

any clues out there?

Could you tell us what type of GNAV you have IE: 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, 6.x this will depend on how you change the split views
