Rep Power: 0 ![]() | WTS FS Carrier Access CAC Gear I have become the "phone guy" at work and I know very little about our phone system (NEC 124i/384i). I need some help please. When our receptionist leaves work at 5, she hits the "Night" button, and when she comes in she hits the "Day" button. The "Night" botton makes the calls go into our phone system (with a tree, and what not). The "Day" makes the recptionist phone ring. We now need a new bottom programmed. We need the third botton make two other phones ring when the receptionist goes to lunch. I know our "phone guys" that come in to run wires and program phones can program this feature, but I can't get them in to do the work, and just a trip charge is $90. Does that make sense? Can someone help me? Thank you, aaron | ||||||||
