What do to no one answers a CONF?

While I am not a full-on phone guy, (SysAdmin by trade) I have enough knowledge to do most of the stuff you need to do. This is my first job using NEC, though. And you are not the first person to say this to me. In fact, the first time I heard it was shortly after I started my tenure where I currently work. It's been all uphill since then . . .

I will say this, it's pretty doggone reliable and feature packed when you can program the sucker!

Thanks again for your input. It is most appreciated. Hopefully I can return the favor one day . . .

Ha! The secret's out! Thanks to a very versed tech on another BBS, the following cancels out the 1 toggle to force the call:

To stop the dialing of a 1 to go to voice, just remove that digit from MB 1-2-24. Intercom feature access code assignment.

I guess they just didn't want to do the research or the person on the phone didn't know bo from diddly!

Hopefully this thread will help someone out in the future with the same or similar problem!
