Just curious if NEC makes a model of phone specifically for a dirty/industrial environment. Something similar to like the panasonic toughbooks compare to normal laptops that are sealed to protect from dirt. We use the dterm series I phones right now and the features are great but our environement is fairly harsh and I end up having to replace phones fairly regularly(about 10% of our phones a month). We have a support contract so it doesn't cost me anything extra but it would be nice not to constantly be swapping and shipping phones. I know I could technically switch the lines to use off the shelf analog phones in the worst areas but that is not likely to go over well with our management so is a last resort.

Have you considered VISIFLEX SEELS
