| Communication Technical Refernces Heya all, I've taken over a NEAX 7400 ICS and there's a problem with a few extensions that seems to be tied together. When someone calls one extension, that extension and another rings. I'm told this is a feature of the PBX but no one seems to know how to un-couple them (and I can't find a manual for this thing anywhere). Does anyone know how to turn this off? Or is there somewhere on the net where I can get a hold of the manual? Thanks alot! Matt. | ||||||||

Location: Boston Ma. Rep Power: 7 ![]() | There is a feature with FCCS that allows this function (Dual station ring) It is used in FCCS networks to allow an extension in one Node to ring another Node. Not knowing your software rev etc, Try looking at ANSDL it may be was it is assigned. If you can get your hands on the FCCS Feature guide if this is the problem in case some did some other strange programming on you. Oldtech | ||||||||
