Location: Nashville, TN Rep Power: 7 ![]() | little old ladies I guess E601 and E602 don't work, either? I had this problem on an IPS and called my vendor out there. He said the 3 extensions I had the problem with were in "callback." (Whatever that means...) I wish I could remember what he did to fix it. All I can think of is he programmed a cancel code for something.

Rep Power: 8 ![]() | Go to the extension that won't forward, dial #1. The extension is in Call Back Trunk Queuing mode. Then you should be able to forward the phone. I Learned that from www.2000stuff.com. I had the same problem before.
