Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 2400 to 2000 to 2000 CCIS I have just finished installing a new 2000 connected via CCIS to a 2000 connect via CCIS to the 2400. CCIS is working great, but I have a problem I have never seen before. The new 2000 at the end of the line is getting Caller ID when directed dialed via DID, but if call routes through a voice mail auto attendant first the caller ID does not arrive. Please note, caller ID works to all other 2000's hanging off of the 2400 and works to the 2000 in the middle of the above CCIS decription with calls coming from the auto attendant. Caller ID works with DID and passing through the auto attendant, but does not work via auto attendant to the new 2000. Any idea's? Doug | ||||||||
