Sorry, I had tagged the system models and did not write on my post. There are Neax 2400SDS and 7400ICS-M100 which were mainly sold in Malaysia and Singapore.

Which I/O card does the system use? The names you provide are not familiar to me. If it is the same as the standard 2400 I might be able to help.

The names used are more like the Australian versions. The SDS is an old system and you need a special plug, can you get one (and the big question is, is it worth it)? The pinouts for the ICS (for america read IVS) will have to wait till I'm in the office next.

Forget about 2400 SDS, probably we can't find the serial cable (MAT) cable.

The 7400ICS M100 we have the cable, the IO cards is SPN-APOO MRC-A, this card came with 1 SMDR port and 1 MAT programming port, both ports use the same type of cable RS-RVS-15S CA-A

The ICS I know doesn't programme through the AP00 card as default. It has a 25 way connector on the backplane at the bottom. Alternatively for our ICS110 (a cut down version) you connect directly to the main processor using a square plug probably like the one for the AP00. Is this the same on yours? If not I'm not sure I can help.

Yes, it use the square plug with 48 holes should be the same as your ICS110. I am almost on the right track, the only problem is that I could not get online or go into MAT mode. The cable is a short length of about 1 ft with square multi holes plug and 25D male plug on the other end, do you have the diagram for the extension cable to pc Com Port ??, thanks

At last I solved the problem myself. APOO card is only for SMDR and PMS output use and MAT programming is going thru D25 soket on the back-plane of PIM1. Thanks anyway.
