Normal programming (I.E.) RDS, HDS type with CCH not CSP.

ASYD 180 point code
ASYD 186 41 or 61
ASYD 187 CCH count
ASYD 189 50 (ack timer)

ADPC voice route to IPS point code (DPC)
ACIC DPC to CSC group and CIC (should be your 29 trunks)
ACSC the LEN of your CCH (you would have assigned data routes trunks one on the T-1 and one on level "0" of the first line group

The only rub here is how the trunks are programmed. In the normal 24 channel they are programmed on the top three line groups, however with the 30 channel it is different. I just don't remeber however on hand.

In the 2000 IPS are you using a 30 CCTA and or 30 DTA with SC00 ?

Remeber the CCH and your T-1 card must be in the same sub highway.

Thank you for your effort.
I have all the docs for 2000 IPS,and the cards used are 30CCT,
On the HDS there are 10 "30DTK" cards and ONLY one SC18 CCH card!!!!
No CCIS manual is availble,I do not even have a sinle page about CCIS ,
This HDS was installed 13 years ago, the CCIS cards were plugged in the system for years without being used, cause no other pbx to connect with...and ONLY now the customer has some other sites with 2000 IPS installed there and wanted to connect them together.
hope to get some cheat sheets on how to program in the hds
