Rep Power: 0 ![]() | NEC Aspire and Phone Not Ringing Our not-for-profit company recently installed an NEC Aspire system that I am trying to resolve some issues on. Currently I have one users phone that when you call the extension the phone does not ring...it dumps the caller onto the intercom of the phone...needless to say I need to fix this ASAP. Have checked that settings in PCPro 6.20 for this extension are exactly the same as other users that do not have this problem. Any help would be appreciated...thanks in advance. | ||||||||

Location: York Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Sounds to me like the phone has been set to "auto-answer" or "voice call" by the user as a feature, rather than a configuration setting within PC-PRO. Try feature code 812 to clear it (I'm guessing it's not a toggle so 8121 probably sets the feature and 8120 clears it). | ||||||||
