In the edit box type in the next station number, then the enter key. Just keep changing the edit box station number and the enter key. As you do this you will see the bottom box fill up. Once you have added all the station just left mouse click the "set" button. Also FYI, if you display a currently programmed group, you can delete one or more stations without deleting the entire group. Just double click on one of the members in the bottom box, then list delete. If you are done just click "set" Last edited by mrbsi : 03-22-2007 at 01:39 PM. Reason: Spell check

Location: Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | The ACFS command allows you to assign call forwarding. The ACPG just allows you to assign a call pick up group. The pick up group allows other uses in the same call pick up group to answer calls. Station 1000, 1001 and 1002 are in a pick up group. Station 1000 receives a call, however has stepped away from the telephone. Station uses 1001 or 1002 hears station 1000 ringing. Instead of walking over to station 1000 and answering the telephone, they can just pick up their own station (1001 or 1002) and dial an access code or use a call pick key on a Dterm. The Call pick up group doesn't send the call anywhere, it just allows other uses to answer calls withing their group. Make sense?

Location: Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | So lets say we have five stations 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003,, and 1004. CFB is set 1000 to 1001, 1001 to 1002, 1002 to 1003, 1003 to 1004, 1004 to voice mail (that is five CF hops) CFN/A is either set the same, or each on set to voice mail. That way the CFB will make the calls hunt on busy, however will allow on real call before going to voice mail on a no answer.

Location: Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | You could use hunting, however that only works when the stations are busy. It also doesn't play well with voice mail. Remember if you have a station in a hunt group, when you call forward (all and or busy) that station then hunting skips that station in the rotation. The hunt command are ASHC (circular), ASHP (pilot), and ASHU (UCD)

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | ok i created a hunt group. and set it on busy but say i'm not at my desk, i don't want my voicemail to answer it i want it to go down the hunt group list if then no one answers it then send it back to my voicemail. What your saying is this cannot happen. If I put it under V then it goes directly to the next extension and it does not ring at my desk, and it goe sback to my voicemail? So i guess theres no 100% way to do what I'm asked to do.

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Yes there is a way to accomplish its called ACD with Personal Pilot numbers and you control the queue via CCV steps and that way you can have it ring to someone else and after a predtermined time have it go to voicemail but you will have to be ceative when you set this up. So if your not sure if you have ACD or Have ACD but never messed with ACD then call your vendor.
