Is ICS M140 support for Q-SIG

Dear all,
Does anyone know if NEAX 7400 ICS M140 support for Q-SIG as I want to integrate to Cisco Call Manager 4.2

Software revision base on DISS command is:
Generic J03.00 98/11/19
Boot ROM H01.00 96/11/16

Please advise.

Yes it does.

Just a question though.

Since you are moving away from the NEC platform why would you expect us to help? Might I suggest that if Cisco sold you the new box, they should be the ones helping you to integrate it.

You have obviously been spoiled by the level of assistance you can get with the NEC product. I have found that the people selling the Cisco solution don't really have the Telecommunications expertise. Locally they even had to book a call for NEC to swing an ISDN service on to their box because they didn't either have the expertise or want to get that involved.

Thanks for your response R4+Z,
If yes, what hardware and/or software required for this purpose?

Actually, this ICS was purchased from Australia and installed in Indonesia since 1998.
We don't get much support from NEC Indonesia and I myself is only 3rd party that asked by owner to support the integration.
Please advise.

Sorry

Once again I will suggest that if you are moving to Cisco, then that is who you should be seeking help from!
