NEC 2400 IMG Music
We have the NEC 2400 IMG. we have 5 line that curenty have on hold music thru the PBX i need to add 2 more lines is there a way i can set this up.

Haven't done an install for a while (just fix them now) but if it is the same tennant I don't think there is anything to set up. Mind you someone will probably prove me wrong.

right now when they on put them on hold it is silance. just the five play music

I don't have the manual to hand and I just started two weeks holiday so I won't get to check this out for a while. However it was my understanding that if the lines were in the same tennant and same trunk group they would recieve the same MOH.

try command AHMS-assignment of music on hold data. Also do a list up to what what type of setting are implemented LHMS.
