Question 911 Calls

I have a NEC 2400 IMG, using the DOS 2400 Information Management system, and for voice mail callegra 5.51. I just took over the network

We have been having guest call 911 and hang up county dispatch are not happy with us because we can’t tell them what extension it came from is there a way we can look it up with a command. We are looking at using our Call Accounting System @comm Prophet-H10 but the way the old IT guy set it up he doesn’t have a printer hooked up to it. I was told that’s how the call accounting system tracks them

The call, if made recently and depending how the SMDR is set up, should still be in the SMDR buffer.

Without a printer or a call accounting system, I dont think its at all possible to get to the calll records.
