Location: Green Bay, WI Rep Power: 0 ![]() | NEC 2400 IPS Forwarding Question about forward no answer on NEC 2400: I am using a virtual number to show line appearance on incoming calls to a group of phones. When this group rings, it forwards to voice mail after 3 rings, just like all the individual DID numbers. I have read the manual about forward don't answer, and have gotten to the part about using the ADAI command to set individual stations forward don't answer timer. I just can't figure out how to use this, and the manual doesn't define a whole lot about this. I inherited this system when our company took over another company, so we didn't have much choice about what was in these systems. If there is a better way, please let me know!
