Question Need to restore incoming/outgoing calls to a port Electra Elite 48/192

This is a weird one. The station was denied access to incoming and outgoing calls because of the paranoia of a recently departed compnay officer. I cannot figure out how it was done. It was doen before my time. When I do this, I add the restriction to a COS and assign that COS to the port. This wasn't done in this case. The phone is in COS 00 and MB 4-17 Table 1 is 15, table 2 00, just like every other phone that has access to the outside world. I've tried everything I can think of, plus looked through the various NEC forums of tyhe world and can find NOTHING. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful!

Thanks in advance!

I was referred to MB 6-4 on another board. Excellent feature to have if you know about it! Which I do now! Just copied a port that I knew worked and that was that.
