Incoming 800 number routing

I inherited this 2400 a few years ago, and have been basically flying by the seat of my pants since.

We've receintly integrated a Cisco CallManager Express into our system, which connects back to the 2400 via a T1. In order to "cut over" an extension from the 2400 to the CME, I have to assign LCR in ASPA for the extension, then add an OPR in AFRS. This works fine. The problem is that we have an 800 number that rings a particular extension (8005) and if that extension is busy or doesn't answer, the inbound call is routed to another extension (8213). I've moved both of these extensions to the CME and now calls to the 800 number are not ringing through correctly. When someone calls the number, they hear it ringing on their end, but 8005 never rings. Eventually it'll roll over to 8213 which does ring. For more information, I have removed the LENS assignment for 8005 from ASDT, but I haven't for 8213. Is there some sort of hunt group that is based on LENS and not extension number? Any other ideas?

Thanks,
James

The CO will have the 800 number terminate to a single trunk or a single DID. This will be the first bit of information we will need. also run LCDD for all routes this will list incoming numbers that are being redirected to extensions by the 2400. From there we may be able to better assist you.
