I recently installed a PRI into a 2400 IMS. I am getting "Digital Line Warning" and "Digital Line Failure" at least once a day. I also have a permanent yellow light on the clock card. I suspect that I may not have the PLO clock settings and connections correct. In addtion to the PRI I have two T-1's with CCIS that have been working for 10 years.

Anyone know where I can find a document that describes the PLO clock settings and connections?

What version of clock card are you using? Unfortunately system versions are different between the US and Aus, so I could probably provide if you give me the versions. Have you jumpered/wired the PRI to the clock card?

The clock card is a CK-01. I did have the PRI cross-connected to the clock but had a yellow alarm light on the clock card. I had the switch setting set for "slave". I recently changed the settings back to "master" and removed the cross-connect to the PRI. The yellow light went out but I still have problems and the green sync light does not come on.
