Voice Mail Light Turns On Every Day But No Messaage In Mailbox

We are running a NEAX 2400 IMX. Every morning I find out that the voice mail light on one of our stations lights up but htere anre no new or old messages in the mailbox. We are running NEAX Mail AD 64 for our voice mail server. I checked the settings on the voice mail server and everything looks OK. Does anyone know of a report on this VM server that can be run that will list stations' VM light's to be lit if there is a new message in a different box? Has anyone ever seen this problem happen before?

Another mailbox will be set to notify this extension if there is a message (or it could be a transaction box). In the past the only way I have got round this is to work through each mailbox one by one. However there may be a log file you can set running. I'll check my notes in the office tomorrow.

UPDATE- I have changed the LEN address for this station and the problem appears to have stopped. It has only been a few days since then, so I do not know if this is a permanant solution yet.

UPDATE- Changing the LEN that this station is programmed on DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. Deleting the voice mail account and reinitializing it did not work either. Today I will try swapping out the DTERM with a different one.
Thanks for the suggestion R4+Z. I have thousands of voice mail boxes, and I am not ready to go through each of them one by one....yet.

There will be a log file that you can turn on but you would have to get someone who knows more about it than we do. Sorry I can't be of more help.
