I would like to know the mnemonic to night forward the console SN716 from the NEC MAT software? There is a button that "automatically" forwards the main number of our business to another phone, but what if the console goes bad, how do I forward it from the NEC MAT software that controls the NEAX 2400 PBX?

you haven't specified what kind of call forwarding you need.....if i'm right you need the call forwarding during night....if you have an office boy or so in the night you can terminate all calls to his phone or else you can call forward all calls to an outside no:....and you haven't specified whether you have CCIS...in each case the pgm code is different so try to give more details...

for attendant night transfer the code is:
ASID - Assign the Tenant, Group Number (GN) 1-7, and Function (F) = 3, ATTENDANT NIGHT TRANSFER.
Assign the Point Of Destination as a Station. Assign the Station Number
