Hey guys, I need a little help with a problem. I have a customer who uses Q-Master to answer calls. Outside callers dialing 0 are transfered during the day and night to the operator attendant console. However, during lunch and at night, they put the console in night mode and calls are suppose to goto 7000. Well what actually happens is that when the console is night mode, a transfer from Q-Master to the console just goes into a holding que and never returns. Calling 0 from inside the building forwards to 7000 just fine because no transfer to 0 is occuring. I am wondering, is it not possible to transfer calls to an attendant console in night mode?
fyi: I tried a manual transfer by calling a dterm and then transferring it to the console in night mode and it wouldn't.
