Rep Power: 0 ![]() | what commands do i use to assign an isdn line to be used by group of stations for an outgoing calls. heres the scenario; in a company with different departments ; say Dept A & Dept B. Dept A has a direct line 867-8270 with 5 stations. Dept B has a direct line of 867-8230 with 6 stations. what commands do i use so that the 5 stations of Dept A will only hit 867-8270 when making an outgoing calls? i have already seen a configuration like these and it is activated through telephone unit upon activation or when a station was added to a certain department. please help. thanks!

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | If you are trying to force the different departments to use individual PRIs for outgoing (Example Dept A uses RT 10 and Dept B uses RT 20), I would suggest using ARSC to restrict outgoing access for the departments and force them to use the other route.
