Can't remember where digit conversion is enabled on a Neax 2400 IMS.
What I am trying to accomplish is this,
If users dial 1411 or xxx-555-1212, I want the PBX to automatically convert this into a toll free number (1-866-xxx-xxxx).
This way all calls for information are routed to the 866 number

If I understand you question correctly, the easiest way is use LCR. ASPA hopefully should be sending your outside access code to lcr, from AFRS send to new AOPR pattern and use the skip digits then the pnl pattern (goes to AADC) to delete then add whatever digits you require. The user will never know the difference. There is another command but I have not seen it used much at all and will only confuse the next poor tech which goes to site.

Yes. Just create a virtual ext and call fwd it to ur toll no. Then in cmd 76. trasnlate the incoming to go to the virtual.
