t1 card to connect to another system

Hey, sorry to ask this, but I am not very good with 2400s and I need to setup a t1 card to connect to a another phone system. Right now, I think, there are analog ext going to the other phone system. I want to replace those with a t1 card. The 2400 and the other phone system are in the same room. I will probably just run a patch cable between them, but I am struggling with how to setup the t1 - from start to finish struggling. could someone give me some kindof an outline as to what I should do.

I was able to install the card and get it programmed. I set up a route and we changed the ext. that were being used to call the other system from 7xxx to 4xxx. all is well except for I am not certain exactly were to punch down on the block. I installed the card in slot 22. According to the Nec manual, it looks like LT 11 is handling this portion of the card. I am going over the information again tonight to get a better understanding of the card.
ps. It is a 24 dta. and I am not sure on the software level. It was an upgraded IMS to IPX last year.

If the card is in Slot 22 then you would connect to Pr 4 / 8 with clocking on 5 if needed of LT 11
