Suppervised Trunk to Trunk call - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

I would like to know if IPX-2400 supports the feature, Supervised Trunk to Trunk call ie if an operator initiates Trunk 1 to Trunk 2 call, after the party's discconect the TRUNK1 should revert back to the operator to disconnect manually. Is there any Program to have an indication of the status of th trunks to the operator Console?
Right now the call is on UN-SUPERVISED mode wherein the Trunks just hang after the call and the operator is not getting any indication on the status of the calls.
Please suggest Programs to do the above if the feature is available?

Did you setup routine diagnostic in system data. This will automatically release all un-release trunks etc.

Look at the command "ARRC" there will be an entry for the A and the D if both are set to 1 then change the D to 0 this will restrict the unattended (direct) call ie the call will ring back
