Rep Power: 6 ![]() | try looking at DFTX, The alarm may be listed under 7-P, SUP is a fairly low grade alarm if it was flashing then you are getting IP alarms if solid it could be something as simple as someone dialed into the modem and disconnected.

Location: Near Pluto's third Moon Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Thanks pbxman, Benn working on the NEC for about 9 months and not too much experience. We had an unusual occurence the other day.All the phones went dead, the were all lit up and all green on the NEC but no dial tone.I did a system initialze but still no go,I power cycled cpu 0 and it all came up. Unfortnately our vendor says that all the history was erased. One guy thought it might be the call register cards. He said he had seen that once before but since we have 2 he had no answer. Have you or anyone else out there ever seen this? Thanks

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | I have seen this before and sometimes it is related to virtual registers in the PBX system, if your system has CCIS or ISDN then you are utilizing virtual registers. now if you have a one module group system the lens number to keep vacant are as follows 003280 to 003317, If you are a 2 module group system (MG00 / MG01) then you would need to have these lens numbers vacant 013280 to 013317. If you are beyone the 2 module group system follow the two module group rule. Also when your phone went out did you try just reseting the register cards ?

Location: Near Pluto's third Moon Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Call Registers Thanks PBXMAN, I first did a system initialize and that didn't fix it so I powered down cpu0 and everything started coming back on line.I didn't know about the register cards at the time until my vendor told me about it. Like I said before it was strange,no errors, all lights were green on the system.Unfortunately we are a call center and roll lines back and forth between sites every couple of weeks. This has worked fine for the past 6 mos or so. We are on release 18 so NEC recommended upgrading to the latest which they said is release 20.The local vendor said he had seen it but it should have rolled to the secondary register card and NEC said they had seen it on release 18.Our primary site which has been running for 10 years is on release 15 and they say they have never had a problem. What release did you see this on? Thanks for the info.
