Rep Power: 0 ![]() | There really is two access codes. The user press 9 on the phone then once the ShoreTel sees that it needs to go to the nec it adds another 9 to the front of the number. The ShoreTel is sending 9-xxx-xxx-xxxx to the NEC. I can confirm this to. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Ok I'm kinda jumping in the middle here but I have some questions as well. 1. are you using ATDP? 2. the connection to the shoretel is PRI, QSIG or plan old T-1 Tie? 3. what is your ARNP for Rt 20 and your Rt 1? 4.Do this and let me know,if you recieve a call into the shoretel and answer it there then transfer it to the NEC and answer it there can you transfer the call out side then? 5. Run ISCM layer 3 detail on the data channel the Level 7 (example 001157) 6.attach it here for review | ||||||||

Did you allow all routes to call each other in comman ARRC ? also you have you modified the number of digits to be dialed as in Command AMND? AbuSuhail | ||||||||
