I have a Dterm with my own Voice Mail Box that lights my Message Waiting light when I have a message. I also have another mail box that I share. Is there anyway that I can light a button on my set when that other mailbox has a message???

I have a 2400 IVS with Repartee VM.

Try to do the settings in the VM.
For example:
- message lamp for extension 1000 goes to 1000
- message lamp for extension 1001 goes to 1000 too .
I don't know if it's possible, but give it a try.

Palu, nailed it. Most V/M systems can be set to light another Xtns message reminder LED. The downside is only the prime number of a digital xtn can work for this, so you will not no which mail box the message is for. BUT the V/M can also be set up to deliver a message for another mail box to your xtn's box. There are many alternatives and sometimes it is easier to hand it over to a V/M tech, with the explanation of NEC prime line limitations.
