Is their anyway to program a key to light up for a shared mailbox?? We have two people with their own personal voice mail taking up their msg. waiting lights but we have a line with voice mail that they have to watch. Phones are D-terms on a 2400.

Depending on the voicemail type this can be accomplished, some call it broadcast message waiting and others call it transaction boxes it just depends on the VM system.

We have Active Voice Repartee. We have a switch room phone with voice mail and I would like to light up 2 keys - one for my desk phone mail box and another for a general mail box.

Usually this is configured on the voicemail end.
For example in Unity messaging the option to enable Message Wait Lamp is included in the voicemail properties of the individual box
