MWI lamp on Dterm Series E

one of my phones mwi lamp does not light after voicemail is left. Checked one side of the software (callxpr1) where I can set MWI on or off and it was enabled.
How do I program this in to the phone?

Is callxpr1 a call xpress server (by AVST or Captaris)?

I remember the MWI section in that is a little confusing but I assume you've compared it to a working phone?

R4+Z is probably on the money with CM13 Y=03 - which enabled the extn for MWI. I've seen some phones that you can't get the light off (because something else in the system has put it on, but that should be another matter.

The other option is that the VM thinks the light is already on so it doesn't bother trying to update it. Check the VM and if it says the light is on, turn it off
