Location: London Rep Power: 0 ![]() | 2000 IPS Basic Engineers Course in PowerPoint slideshow I've posted up an old powerpoint presentation here I went on the course myself in about 2003 and looking back over the guide now, it was pretty well written. I remember the guy teach us wasn't obviously a hardened engineer for the NEC, but he did have a strong Avaya background, so he knew what it was all getting at. Worth a quick look if you want a basic run-down of the architecture. I have an advanced version as well somewhere, covering VoIP, but it's probably less relevent as many of the features have been since superceded. | ||||||||
