Voicemail issue on 1 extension

I have 1 extension that I can't set voicemail on. When I try going into E6xx and set anything for that extension, it gives me a data error. I did some digging and found an old thread about callback queuing being enabled for that extension and that I had to get the access code for A005 to turn it off. I'm not sure how to do this as CM20x returns None for all of the A data lists. Any ideas?

I hate to state the obvious but if you can't find the code simply create a new one!!!!!!

Alternatively as it's a cancel code have you checked the entries beginning with a # (B) as the usual protocol is * to set and # to cancel.

Good point. I got it all fixed up, thanks. In case anyone with the same problem sees this, I used CM29 to find that we were using numbering plan 1. I then used CM20 Y=1 to set code 9 to A005.

Nice pickup well done on realising you were using 201 rather than 200 big pat on the back due there!!!!!

I agree - I would have been scatching my head a few minutes over that one, as hardly anyone ever uses more than one number plan (although I have seen it on multi-tenant systems).
