Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Greetings all. I had a question like this many moons ago HERE but that solution doesn't seem to apply here. I have a virtual line that I want to forward to an extension. Presently, when someone calls this line from the outside it goes to an ACD loop. So I go in to Matworx Studio and I see the Forward to Destination is the ACD Loop. I changed it to the extension I want it to go now but it still goes to the ACD loop. (is that even the right terminology??) Following the steps from my previous Post I went to 1204 to get the tennant for the vline and it is set to NONE. So I am pretty much stuck there. thanks again.

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | DigiSal Are you sure about the "NONE" as that isn't an option for this command? It is possible that we are dealing with an LDN so check Cmd 5001 de 0 de and step through to 8 to see if the extension number is in there. Alternatively step through Cmd 11 and see if the virtual number is there just so that we know what we are dealing with. Also does the situation differ for incoming calls and internal calls? The reason I ask is that the incoming digits can be translated by command 76XX to send incoming calls to a different destination.

Are you sure it isn't 00 instead? Anyways, about the forwarding... Firstly, CCC the CFA assignment for the virtual in (E600>DE>XXXX>DE>CCC>EXE) and see if the ACD is still picking the call up. If so then you probably have an OAI monitored extension that is being controlled by the ACD application. If so, you'll need to provide more info. If it is Zeacom you are in luck and I can probably help. Also, is the virtual assigned as an ACD pilot? CM (171>DE>XXXX>DE>?) 1 = YES, 0 = NO *where XXXX=your virt. ext. number E600=CFAll/Immediate E601=CFBusy E602=CFNoAnswer E603=CFB/NA -Phil tell-a-tek-dot-com =)

And in 5001 there is nothing in 0-8. In command 11, the Vline I want to forward is in 155. Within the building noone will be dialing the vline I want to forward. It will only be called from the outside. I can call it from the outside right now, but as i said, it is going to the ACD group. I want to go to an extension. Thank you so much so far.

I completed your steps and this is what I got. I CCC all the call forwarding and it is still going to the ACD group. and in 171 for the vline I have a 3-. What other info about my system do you need? I can tell you it is a NEAX 2000. The About in MatWorx Studio says its IVS Plus 3.61.21. Thank you so much.

Maybe it will be easier to make the line that I want the vline forwarded to to be accessible from an outside number?

Moving on...R4+Z is right, it get's complicated from here and without knowing what ACD product you are using, it's impossible to help. My suggestion, build a new virtual in CM 11 on an unused vlen. Starting fresh is a good thing. i.e. 11>199>199 assigns 199 to vlen port 199. Set your call forwarding via E6XX commands, i.e. E600>199>125 where 199 is your new virtual and 125 is the destination station. Then, simply point your DID route for the propper mode to the new virtual - for you outside calls. i.e. 7600>5555>199 sets DID 5555 to route 199 7601>199>199 sets route 199 to ext 199 7602>199>500 sets route 199 to 500 (like 500 was VM for night mode) 7602>...for A mode if used 7603>...for B mode if used Test time. Good luck! -Phil @tell-a-tek-dot-com @the-comtel-group-dot-com Last edited by pingram; 10-09-2008 at 02:52 AM.
