Thanks R4+Z. Being an I.T. guy and inheriting a phone system I've never seen before, it's often difficult to figure out what is 'normal' operation, or 'nature of the beast' when working with it. So when I came across something like this, I was stumped. The question I find myself asking is if this is normal, or is this an issue that I am going to encouter if I rearrange these buttons?

My switchboard gal would have kittens if I screwed up her DSS console, hence the hesitation of just doing it without asking questions. I appreciate your guys' help.

Sorry for your take on the previous post but as I stated earlier that if the leading digits as in your example 200>10 do not equal station then the DBLF feature will not work just DSS. Assigning the digits as LCR will give DSS but not BLF.

Now back to your last statement two buttons of the same value will result in the first button getting the BLF not both this is the saem on terminals as DSS/BLF
