Rep Power: 0 ![]() | No Incoming call data being sent. I work in IT so am not really a phone guy but have some expereince on our Neax 2000 IPS PBX. We are using ProfitWatch as our Call accounting software and it is configured to recieve and process incoming call data that our PBX sends. Problem is it doesnt appear our PBX is sending the incoming call data to the call accounting software. My question is how does one verify or start it sending the incoming call data. Also is there a database that can be accessed in Matworx that would have the incoming call data stored so I could go back through that for auditing purposes until we get the incoming call data being sent over correctly? Thanks for your time and consideration jesse

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Call accounting server is attached to the PBX through a serial connection to our IPU server which interfaces our property management system with our other systems (pbx, Micros, credit card processing etc) I can see raw data coming to the IPU, just not incoming call data. The PBX is connected to the IPU through the card in the AP00 slot. I was wondering if there was a utility in Matworx that would let you view stored call data on the PBX. thanks jesse

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Found this information out " Incoming call data has to be assigned. It is not active at default. You need to set CMD 1305 DE extension DE 0. EX: 1305 DE 222 DE 0 EXE. This must be done for each extension in the system. Additionally, the trunk routes used must be set to allow incoming call data. EX: 3549 DE tk rt DE 0 exe. EX: 3549 DE 10 DE 0 EXE. This also must be done for every incoming trunk route. " Checked all this and stations and trunks were set up for SMDR for Incoming Call. But still no incoming call data showing up on the Call Accounting server. Anything else on the PBX side that might be affecting this?

Location: Abbotsford Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I had a similar problem with extensions not tracking SMDR data. If I checked in MAT, the extensions showed as set up for this but if I ran the 1305 command in MOC, it showed they weren't. I had to disable SMDR for the extension and save it in MAT and then re enable it again and save it. Not sure if it was just some hiccup with my system, but it seems to be fine now.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | It sounds as though you are just assuming the pabx isn't sending the data just because it isn't appearing on the server. Have you actually looked at the raw data? You need to prove where the problem is and to do that you need to run a terminal program and watch the raw data output as you make test calls!

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Ok so when you are sure it is not being sent (if it isn't) then try looking it up in the feature programming manual. If you don't have one the IVS manual will do and can be found here.... http://www.wedophones.com/Manuals/NE...20Manual.pd f This manual is a step by step guide of how to do anything on the system. Good luck
