How do i add a new prefix

Hello.
I need to add a new prefix to dial cell phones. Here in mexico we have to dial 044 prefix to tell the pbx the next 10 numbers will be a cell phone, it works fine.
But new local regulation add a new prefix, 045 to long distance cell phones.
So i have to dial 045 and the cell phone, by exaple 045 871 7501016.

Im using a NEAX IVS 2000

This is probably an LCR issue. Commands as follows
Cmd 200 de Line access code (probably 9) de this will give a code of either A126, A127, A128 or A129. If it is anything else post back as it may not use LCR.
Cmd 8AA00 de If you got A126 then enter 0, A127 enter 1, A128 enter 2 or A129 enter 3 de this will give you a number beginning with a 4
Next command is 8A4XX (where 4xx is the number you just got) de then you enter the code you want to look up but just to complicate matters if you got A129 at the beginning you use the line access code eg 9xxx with the others you just use the code xxx. The problem is we don't know how much of the code the original programmer analysed so start with 044 de if you get assigned already then try 0440 if you get wrong then it needs to be shorter, try 04 if you get it right you will get a 4 digit number take note of this number. then do the same lookup for 045 and you should see a different number enter the same number as 044 gave you then exe and you are done for more details see here........
