old old mat software (minit3) had a feature that would
allow you to do a connection status and a compulsory disconnect
on a trunk or station. How do I do that on an IPS ?

Above r12 you can use command E8 for connection status, ebo>stn>ccc to clear a station connection and eb2>Dxxx>CC to clear a trunk

Thanks , My command manuals don't have E8 in them .
Anyone know how I can get documentation on this command?

The command is a hang over from older versions of the system. I think the last version of the manuals it appeared in was the IVS manual.
