Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Outbound Caller ID Restricted on Two Extensions I have a customer with an NEC IPS 2000. Two extensions have the caller ID Restricted when dialing an outside line, such as my cell-phone. I've made several test calls from these extensions as well as from others which provide caller ID ok. Does anyone have any thoughts? I've checked Class-of-Service settings - the two extensions belong to group 13, which is what most of the other extensions in the system belong to. CMD 1212 and 1213 are the same as other extensions. Does anyone have any suggestions? | ||||||||
