No SMDR data for 1 extension

I currently have 1 phone extension that is not reporting any SMDR data. If I look up the extension using 1305, it comes back 0. I had kind of the same problem with a bunch of extensions before where using MatWorx showed SMDR data provided, but 1305 showed up as 1. If I changed it in Matworx, saved it and then changed it back, it worked. This one has been less happy. Any other ideas?

1305 is used to display incoming calls, and 1306 is for the outgoing calls.
Please refer to your feature programming manual

I realize that. I am trying to get SMDR data for incoming calls as this is for our call center.

Yes it does. The setup is kind of weird though, at least to my limited understanding. We have SMDR data provided for incoming calls on extension attached to the physical Len. Our call queue is handled by CallCenterWorx and QueWorx. This is all handled by assiging a virtual extension and tying it to the PBX extension. It works for all of the other phones in the system except for this extension. Very odd.

I can suggest 2 solutions:
1- delete the extension , and reprogram it.
if that doesn't solve the problem. then :
2-try to move it to another card interface
wish you good luck !!!!
