Off Hook with fast Tone

We have the 2000 IPS with DTerm III and Series E.

On some of our phone/extension when anyone take the handset off hook, the base make a quick tone on the speaker-phone. This only happened on some extension. So, I think someone had mistakenly turned on this feature.

Can someone point me to which command I can use to turn this feature off?

I've avoided this one to see if someone else posted a solution. I have had the same but I believed it had something to do with setting the station to have a live keypad. Now never having set a station up this way makes it hard for me to help but I think this is where you should be looking and the burst of tone you are getting is dial tone over the speaker before the system realises you have the phone off hook.

I never run to such a problem. But I may suggest that you delete one of these stations and reprogram it ,and see if that could solve your issue.
Hope this help.
