Need to limit call forwarding to four digits. Presently system is allowing call forwarding out of the building to hime phones

all what you need to do is to deactivate call forward outside for all calls, busy, and do not answer. use cmd 15 y: 26,27,28 and set all classes (00 ~15) to 0
that will allow user to call forward their calls ONY inside your pbx.
