Rep Power: 4 ![]() | There are a number of possibilities such as Do Not Disturb being set with 2515 as the system wide destination for DNDs. Are these analogues and are you sure of the extension numbers? you say that when you call from 2516 it displays 2516 but is that external or internal, If the extension numbers have been swapped in software the cli setting in 1212 could be throwing you off the trail? Have you got split call forwarding available?

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | They both are digital lines. When I call from 2516 the call displays say that I am calling from 2516. These are internal extension numbers. When someone calls 2515 it does ring and when I call from 2515 it 2515 is on call displays. I just found out more info, if no one answered 2515 after four rings it would go to 2516.
