Is it really true that NEAX IPS 2000 does not send B3 and B8 signals (Call to call to busy and vacant, respectively)? No matter what change we made IPS does not send or produce those signals.

Anybody had the same experience? Is there a known solution to this?

Perhaps if you told us the problem this was causing for you we could suggest a work around. But just saying the system doesn't do something and how do we make it do it is a self defeating situation.

I'm just curious if there are members on this forum who have experienced in installing an IPS R2 and had a problem with sending backwards signals (busy and Lockout station rather).

We did had a work around just to pass the CO requirements. This issue had been raised already with NEC sing but still had no reply from them.

Anyone?

I personally have never had a requirement for sending those signals, that I know of. Is there a special circumstance that dictates the need for these? Or am I missing something.

I dont know what these signals are.
