| Junior Member |  MWI light not working on one phone I am working with a 2000 IVS. I have 3 lines sharing a v-mail box on an AVST CallXPress server. The extension which matches the box number and the first alternative extension provide the message waiting light, the second alternative box does not. It does show "MESSAGE" on the display. The light does flash when the phone rings, so I don't think it's a problem with the light itself. I have checked command 1303 and it is set to 0 on all three lines. The checkbox to display the MWI light is checked on the CXP server. Any help would be appreciated.  |

. I should not have listened to my co-worker when he said that his light worked. The light was not working when a call came in so I tried another handset and voila! he has a working MWI. Thanks for your interest.
