Question Mp Version
Can anyone please tell me what MP version does a PN-CP24 (NEAX 2000 IPS) with SC Number 3216? R6.2 or R7? THANKS!

the Sc # is not the version of software that you are running it represents the revision of the firmware on the CP24 itself. When you connect using matworx look at the top of the matworx box it will show you something like 2000 IPS M Site SC3385 K1-3.09, post what you see and we will be happy to tell you what software you are running.

SC3216 G1-6.00

I thought just knowing SC#... like 3200 series... we could identify what version of CP24/MP card is using. Anyway... any idea? THANKS! Pretty much appreciated if someone could provide a tabulation or something to identify MP Version... BIG THANKS!

What country is this switch in? G1-6.0 would be R7 ver 6.0 which was never released in the USA. Did the original installer have issues while installing this switch that NEC may have sent out a pre-release version of software.
