Call forward no longer functioning on one extension

Hello,

I have an extension that will no longer forward any calls to any destination. We are using an NEC NEAX2000ivs(2), and the phone is an ETW-16DC-2. In Matworx using the call forward add-in I get the error,” Either 'Extension' or 'Destination' or both are not valid for this PBX". If I use MOC terminal with command E600 and attempt to forward, it returns,” DATA ERROR". This is only happening on one extension. Both extension and destination are valid, trying different destinations returns the same result. In the past when this occurred I was advised to delete the extension and recreate it in the next higher or lower LEN group, then reverse the process. That solution has worked well until now. All help is greatly appreciated, and please keep in mind I am a novice when it comes to this system

It sounds like trunk Queuing-Outging / Callback is set on that extension. You need to go to the phone and hit speaker #1, this is the default code. If that does not cancel it you need to find the access code in command 20. The second data for trunk queuing-ooutgoing/callback cancel is A005 in an IVS2. It may be easier to just find an unused access code and assign it as an A005 rather that search for it. Good luck.

Yes, it did have to do with the Callback feature. I tried A005 first, but that didn't solve it. Continuing on the Callback path I tried A003, and that resolved the issue. Thank you so much for your help, your advice lead to the solution.
