hy guyz,

now I'm using PBX neax 2000 IPS, I got the information from the technician that every call-in the data will be transfered into hyperterminal and I need to get the data in that hyperterminal to be transfered in to my database

so anyone knows what kind of syntax that used in the hyperterminal, or data example...and please tell me if u know how to get the data in that hyperterminal

(I'm new user, still dont know how to use hyperterminal)
