Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Can't Transfer or Place Call on Hold Hello all. Every now and then we have some receptionists that cant put a call on hold or transfer. Neither outside or inside calls. Its really weird. If it is an inside call then neither of them can do this. The only fix we have found is to have them log off and then back on again. We are using NEAX 2000 with CellCenterWorX and the phone are NEC Dterms. thanks. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Since it is every now and then maybe they tried transfering it to someone and they pull the call back and the first transfer extension has not hung up the phone yet. You will not be able to do anything with the call until the person or maybe someones voicemail box has fully disconnected. Have them document what the senario was when the problem happens. | ||||||||
