VCL, any help some station does't ring - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Hi all,

I am new to the 2000IVS2 and I have a problem with some stations when you dial those station numbers. The phone doesn’t ring You hear alert bip just once and that’s it, you can hear as if they have the phone in speaker but they can’t hear you . In the telephone screen shows the number of the ext. And the letter ‘VCL’
With the other station work normal, you dial the station number and start doing the ring sound.... until they lift the handset o speaker button

Any help would be greatly appreciated
