My local extensions and remote extensions could talk each other thru VoIP connections . The architecture is first NORTEL to cisco (remote) and NEC NEAX 2000 IPS to cisco (local). Our problem right now is that the remote site cannot make outstation or outside call at all. Only could established local extension calls only. Juzz wondering why they can't call out at all!!!! but they could call our extensions at NEC side over here. The cisco managed to receive all the digits being thrown here but at last the trunk call dropped. I'm afraid so the NEC PABX is not being cfg properly. Pls advise us accordingly. It's very urgent.
